How to Post a Survey to Your Facebook Page December 12, 2018

First, it is important to understand the difference between a Facebook Page and a personal account. The Page represents a business, community or public figure that interacts with an audience of followers. A personal account is used by you, as an individual. It is your login to get into Facebook.
To create a survey on Facebook, log in to your Facebook personal account and go to the Surveys for Pages app. Then follow the steps to create your questions and configure the layout options.
When you reach the last step (Publish), click the “Add to a Facebook Page” button and select your Page from the dropdown list of Pages you manage. You can customize the tab name by changing it to something more specific. Click the green "Add to your Page" button. The app will redirect you to your Facebook Page where you will see the survey successfully installed in a tab.
